The registration for NEET-UG counselling rounds is done in an online mode. To complete this process, candidates are required to have their NEET UG application number, Date of birth, name and roll number. The process is concluded with the final submission after completing the 'Choice Filling' option. Candidates who secured a place on the merit list are deemed eligible for counselling rounds. Aspirants need to make sure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria and secure the minimum cutoff marks. The NEET counselling 2026 registration is done for MBBS and BDS courses. Given below is the complete process to apply for NEET 2026 counselling.

Step 1: NEET Counselling 2026 Registration

  • All eligible candidates are required to head over to the official website of MCC at www.mcc.nic.in
  • Candidates must register themselves by clicking on the ‘Register now’ button
  • The NEET 2026 counselling form will appear in a new page
  • Candidates must fill out the personal information such as name, mother’s name, contact number, roll number, etc. and verify all the details before submitting
  • Then, check the new roll number and password sent to the candidate on their official email ID
  • Use the given credentials to register for NEET 2026 Counselling and log into the official website of MCC with the credentials
  • Enter the required password and roll number, and add relevant details

NEET Councelling Process: Nationality Criteria

Indian Citizenship

NEET Counselling 2026: Documents Required for NRI/ OCI Candidates

  1. NEET Scorcard: The candidate must have a valid NEET scorecard to appear for counselling.
  2. Passport: The candidate must have a valid passport.
  3. OCI Card: If the candidate is an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), then they must have a valid OCI card.
  4. NRI Certificate: The candidate must have an NRI certificate issued by the Indian Embassy/High Commission or the Consulate in the country where the candidate is residing.
  5. Class 10 and 12 Mark Sheets: The candidate must provide their Class 10 and 12 mark sheets.
